Project summery
Nimble had faced significant financial challenges due to ineffective advertising strategies and mismanagement by their previous agency. The agency’s lack of a clear strategy, miscalculated targets, and overspending without generating results resulted in Nimble incurring heavy financial losses. To address this critical issue, the project’s primary goal was to overhaul Nimble’s Amazon advertising strategy. By recalculating gross margins, establishing profitable targets, and implementing a well-thought-out and in-depth strategy, the focus was on generating the highest possible returns instead of solely focusing on the number of sales.
Implementation
The project aimed to address the financial losses Nimble incurred due to ineffective advertising strategies and mismanagement by their previous agency. By Conducting a detailed financial analysis of Nimble’s previous advertising campaigns to identify areas of overspending, inefficient targeting, and missed opportunities we were able to establish realistic and profitable targets for advertising campaigns that align with Nimble’s financial goals. Through efficient ad spend allocation and focussing on high-converting keywords, were were able to ensure the budget was effectively used. Regular monitoring of campaign performance, analysing key metrics, and making data-driven optimisations allows us to improve results and improve Return on Investments.
Results
With a detailed and well-thought-out advertising strategy aimed at generating maximum returns; and by implementing clear and realistic targets for campaigns based on gross margins and financial objectives, Nimble were able to recover from their financial losses and achieve sustainable growth on Amazon.
